Decor Elements- Butterflies

Here is a sample of the Decor' Elements used in my house. My daughter loves pink and these butterflies were the perfect addition to her room. Her walls are super light pink, almost white, so it's a bit hard to see the white elements however they are there. The DE are very easy to put up an equally easy to take down, which is perfect when you expect to change things from time to time. They also don't damage walls so they are perfect for Dorm Rooms, Apartments, Offices etc.

July Club Samples

Still catching up. Here are some samples from my July Stamp Club Meeting. We used primarily the new In Colors.

This first card was inspire by a club member- Julie. We used the the Razzleberry Lemonade designer paper with the Dusty Durango and Crushed Curry In Colors. Did you notice the butterflys? They aren't new, but the coordinating punch is! Woo hoo, I love coordinating punches.

This next card is done with one of my favorite new stamp sets- Circle Circus. The In Colors used are Rich Razzleberry, Dusty Durango and Crushed Curry. The green is Old Olive which I think coordinates nicely. The new label punch was used with Teeny Tiny Greetings for the tag. The Scallop edge punch was used to create the border. We sponged the scallops to help them pop and create a distinctive edge.

This card is a slider card. We used the new Razzleberry Lemonade designer paper with Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo In Colors. The stamp set is the new On a Pedestal set and Happy Everything. This card was cased from justbehappy on SCS.

The final item we made during our club meeting was these cute gift card wallets. The colors used are Pale Plum, Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry. The designer paper is the new Cottage Wall.

Catching Up

Wow, summer has been flying by. I have been so busy with the kids and all the fun things that go along with sunny weather that I haven't been stamping or posting. I am trying to catch up now. Here are a couple projects we did at my June stamp club meeting.

This card was done with the Branch Out Stamp set. I love this set. The great news is that it is still available, though the designer paper used is now retired. The colors used here are Certainly Celery, Regal Rose and So Saffron.

This card is done with one of my favorite sets- Pocket Silhouettes. I paired it with my favorite new label punch and Chit Chat Rub-ons. Each club member got to use the rub-on of choice. The ribbon is the Kraft Taffeta, a great neutral color.

This last project was from a butterfly box template from Qbee's Quest Blog (included in my blog list). I used my beloved Pink Pirouette cardstock and now retired Bella Bird paper. The smaller butterfly is from the Big Shot butterfly die. This box would make a great teacher gift, shower favor, co-worker treat etc. Fun and easy to make gotta love that!!
